What’s your process when starting a project from scratch?

I follow a clear workflow: structuring the content, researching the brand or product, sketching and gathering client feedback, a first review, a draft delivery, and finally, the approved version.

How long does a project usually take?

It depends on the scope: if it’s something straightforward with clear references, it can be done within a day or a few days; more complex projects usually take between 1–2 weeks.

What do you need from the client before starting?

A short brief is enough — it can be a message, an email, or a simple document explaining the idea, concept, and the problem to solve. Having a brandbook, logo, or defined colors makes the process even smoother.

How do you define a budget?

Costs are based on working hours, project complexity, rights transfer, intellectual property, and required tools. Everything is broken down by concept so you know exactly where each value comes from.

Do you ask for an upfront payment?

Yes, before starting any project I request 40% of the total fee. The initial brand material is also provided at this stage to kick things off.

Do you deliver source files or only final assets?

I deliver the final, ready-to-use files. If you need the source files (AI, PSD, etc.), they can be included at an additional cost.

Can you issue invoices?

Yes, I can provide invoices. Please request them in advance so I can prepare them on time.
